ORDERING:
Orders can be phoned, faxed or mailed.  Written confirmation of all telephone orders is required.  We are not responsible for verbal misunderstandings or mistakes.

PAYMENTS:
Payment in full must accompany all orders until, credit application has been approved.  Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted. NO C.O.D's.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
F.O.B., Miaml, Florida 33142.  Drop shipments and prepaid freight terms are available upon request. 

CARRIER:
Will be selected by Alumaworks unless otherwise specified by the customer.

RETURNS:
No stock item will be accepted for return without prior written authorization.  All returned orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge all item shall be returned on a prepaid basis only.  "Made to order"  items will NOT be accepted for return.  No product can't be returned after 30 days of invoice.

INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTS:
International orders will accepted against letter of credit or a check in advance only.

CHANGES:   
All prices and terms of sale are subject to change without prior notice.

SERVICE CHARGE:
Balances unpaid after 30 days of invoice are subject to a late payment charge of 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by law.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:
If your account is past due or over your credit limit, NO orders will be shipped till account is taken care of.

WEIGHT:
All weights are approximate.

DAMAGED GOODS:
Any damage incurred during delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.  Any damage noted by the buyer upon receipt of merchandise should be reported to the carrier immediately in an effort to secure timely inspection.  We are willing to assist in every possible manner.

ACCEPTANCE:
Receipt of our price list and or catalog does not constitute an offer to sell.  All orders subject to acceptance by Alumaworks.

ERRORS:
Alumaworks will not be responsible for errors incurred during the printing of this catalog or changes that occur after printing.
